How to take a course- You are currently in the classroom area.
- Click on course catalog in the upper left of the screen.
- Note: You cannot take the exact same course twice. We have multiple ethics, medical errors and domestic violence courses in order to meet your ongoing needs.
- Read, watch, listen to the material
- Take the exam
- Upon passing the exam, click the Certificate link in the left column.
- You may at anytime, as long as your subscription is active, log back in and print out your certificate again.
- We strongly recommend saving a copy of the certificate to your computer. You will not be able to access your certificates once your membership has expired.
- If the certificate will not load, ensure you have the most up to date versions of Adobe Reader and your browser. Most problems seem to occur with Adobe Reader not playing nice with Explorer. Generally people do not have problems when they use Firefox or Google Chrome.
Florida Licensees: When you signed up, you received an email with instructions on how to update your profile, and a link to a video on how to use the site. It is imperative that you: 1) Make sure to check the box at the bottom of the profile page indicating you are a Florida licensee, and 2) correctly enter your Florida License number in the Florida License Number space. Otherwise, your CEUs cannot be uploaded to CEBroker. i.e. MH0000 not MH-0000 or MH 0000. The CE Broker system is automated and does not recognize the last two permutations. We upload to CE Broker every 90 days. Additionally, during renewal years, we do two additional uploads on March 30 and April 1 for anyone who waited until the last minute. (Believe it or not, we wait to do our CEUs too...)
