We will be starting a series of weekend seminars throught North and North Central Florida that will provide up to 16 CEUs for AFAA Aerobics Instructors, ACSM, NASM and ISSA Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors, Mental Health Counselors,Addictions Counselors, Rehabilitation Counselors, Marriage and Family therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, nurses and midwives. 

Day 1 will cover Fitness and Mental Health focusing on the positive impacts of fitness on mental health and recovery as well as the side effects of common psychotropic medications, how exercise can help and precautions patients need to take when exercising while on these medications.

Day 2 focuses on Motivation and Learning.  Helping your clients want to change and learn the tools to do so effectively.
