CRCs & LPCs

States and Boards accepting CRCC approved courses

Beginning 1/1/2017

Some states do not recognize any of our other approval bodies, but will recognize CRCC.  Rehabilitation counselors (CRCs) need also need CRCC approved hours.

To accommodate the clinicians in those areas, we put together a 20-hour renewal package that contains ethics, domestic violence awareness, supervision and other elective courses and got it PRE-approved by CRCC.  This is the ONLY course approved by CRCC and accepted by the following states:

  • CRCs
  • Alabama- LPC board
  • Illinois- LPC and LCSW boards
    • E)   Professional Counseling Continuing Education Sponsors approved by the Division in accordance with the rules for the administration of the Professional Counselor and Clinical Professional Counselor Licensing and Practice Act [225 ILCS 107] (68 Ill. Adm. Code 1375.220

  • South Dakota -LPC board

*Note: For CRCs only… While the 2017 Comprehensive Renewal Class is preapproved, we write all of our other classes to conform to post-approval standards. We are happy to provide any additional documentation CRCC requests for post-approval courses.  Each course contains objectives, a printable version of the presentation, a quiz and a certificate of completion.

If there is a particular group of courses you would like approved for your next renewal cycle, please let me know.  You can message me here

Many states consider our real-time, live interactive webinars as “formal classroom” or “face-to-face” training.  We are in the process of getting written confirmation from each state to this effect.  The certificates will indicate that you participated in an interactive workshop.
