Many people with anxiety and depression have been so stressed for so long that they have gotten worn down.  One issue that can arise is adrenal or CNS fatigue.  The body is out of gas.  Without addressing these underlying physical issues, people still may have difficulty getting motivated, feeling pleasure or controlling their stress response.  Learn about CNS/Adrenal fatigue symptoms and information we can provide clients to help them start to recharge including creating a sleep routine, reducing stimulants, getting proper nutrition (as defined by their medical doctor), developing distress tolerance skills and identifying the important things in their lives which they want to expend their precious energy on.
